CONCOR believes that training and employee development not only acts as a way to attract and retain employees but also provides competitive advantage by strengthening the intellectual base of the company.

CONCOR provides training to its employees on a wide range of areas (including both internal and external training).

Training Center

CONCOR also has a state of the art training center at Sector 32, Gurgaon. The training center include two conference halls with a seating capacity of 20 participants each and two common rooms. The conference halls are equipped with training aids like laptops, LCD projector, OHP, writing board and other training tools.
