CONCOR philosophy is rooted in the growth and development of its employees through training and development. CONCOR believes that training and employee development not only acts as a way to attract and retain employees but also provides competitive advantage by strengthening the intellectual base of the company.

The company has a well structured training policy. Apart from induction training for the new appointees, skill development programmes, refresher programmes, career development programmes, and technical in-house training programmes are conducted for the employees. Employees regularly undergo external training on a wide range of self-development and management development areas. For advance skill development and international exposure executives are also nominated for foreign training programmes.

Training is provided to the employees on a wide range of areas (including both internal and external training).

CONCOR also has a state of the art training center at Sector 32, Gurgaon. The training center include two conference halls with a seating capacity of 20 participants each and two common rooms. The conference halls are equipped with training aids like laptops, LCD projector, OHP, writing board and other training tools.
